| - First time I go to an Italian place, I usually go with spaghetti or lasagna. In my opinion, if you're doing those right, there's a good chance the rest of the menu is well done.
The lasagna is crazy good.
My wife got the pear ravioli. It has a brown butter sauce and is drizzled with amazing balsamic. Two for two, people.
The bread? Good. Wine? Great selection.
Service? Great.
Ambiance? A little Goodfellas-ish without trying to be. To me, it feels like an Italian restaurant, not some high-end nuevo-fusion bistro, which i loved. I was wondering if there was a pull chain toilet in the bathroom with a snub nosed pistol taped to the back (guys will get this, ladies).
The desserts are classic Italian and fantastic.
If you're in the Kierland Commons area, skip Brio one time and try this place out. It'll be the one place that, when you say, "I just want good Italian food", you'll get it.
