I have only this to say about Piedmont gas: Low life "SCUMBAGS", I wish I new the way to sue this RETARDED company. Came one day, put a note on my front door stating that they will be disconnecting the gas line to replace the existing meters and it will take only one day which was on June 27, 2017. Today is June 29th and old gas meters are disconnected and lay on the ground, gas line is plugged. Called their service to find out that they are showing a service scheduled on July 6th.
First, I thought this is a joke, but then realized that is not. I guess it's a normal practice for this company to leave people without hot water for 9 days???
