I wanted to treat myself to a little mani and remembered seeing a brochure for this nail salon place at my bootcamp. The prices intrigued me and they were new in town.
They are in the new plaza right across the Mcdonalds in Aurora (near the superstore). I was super surprised to find the place busy on a Sunday morning. I came at 10:30am and most of the technicians had clients. Lucky for me, I was seated right away and a lady came from the back sat me down.
I wanted to get the french shellac manicure which was $28, the result was amazing. The girl that did my nails- her name is Jing and she was wonderful. She asked me what shape I wanted and she was very careful and took her time. She was also training another girl. I liked the fact that Jing didn't pry me to conversate. Most nail places always bug me about my personal life and try to push other services onto me. I like the fact that Jing didn't do that, she was very genuine and professional. It has been a while since I got a full manicure done and forgot that it includes a scrub and a massage. The scrub was so nice and when she told me to wash my hands, I thought I was done but then she said no, no, there is also the hand massage! I was so relaxed. All this for less than 30 bucks!?!? Their prices are very reasonable and they do take care of you.
I will definitely come here again. The place is super clean and Jing told me they have been at the plaza for about a year. I've been to many places in Newmarket and Aurora, I'm pretty content with the service that I had yesterday.
