| - I was in from out of town, but had called ahead of time to see if they do fills even if you go to another studio, they said 'yes'. I booked an appointment, went- it lasted only a little over an hour (my regular girl for a 3 week appt is about 2-2 1/2 hrs), and at the end, was extremely surprised to see my lashes didn't look much different from when we started, even though it was a '3 week' appointment. I've always gotten 'classic' instead of 'full', but these were barely visible. Two days later, about 60% of them had fallen out, so I called asap. I spoke with Sedona who said I could get 30 minutes for free...Mmmmm...so, I paid for 75 minutes, not to mention my time/gas/having to tip ANOTHER tech, but I was going to only get 20-25 minutes (5 min lost for set-up)? Okay, I get it, everybody is different. It was then I realized why the tech seemed to be 'watching the clock, down to the second. I also mentioned this to Sedona, who said they allow the last 15 min for 'clean up'. So, only 1 hour allotted for a 3 WEEK FILL?!?! At my 'free' appt. of course I was allowed to BUY more time--imagine that! I voiced my concerns over the quality/time issue and the second tech agreed and gave me 1 hour of fills instead of the 30 min-which was really only going to be 15, since the last 15min is for cleaning....They're obviously a salon that goes by time, no matter how many week's worth of fills you pay for. :( The second technician did a better job, but they still didn't have the thickness/style despite me over emphasizing how much of a dramatic 'cat eye' look I wanted. The lashes again appeared all the same length, without much curvature at all, and I really, really, do not like the full/glamore look on me, so you can imagine how nonexistent my lashes looked. **Also, when the first set of lashes fell out, ALL MY REAL ONES DID, TOO....that's the worst part. This appt happened in June, so yes, my real ones still have not grown back...I did appreciate the 2nd tech trying to help/understand my horrible first appointment, but obviously won't ever go back--sad since I have to travel to Phoenix a lot....
