  • Leah McBirney is second to NONE! I had my first cupping appointment with her at IMR. I was naturally a little nervous going into this appointment but that was noting compared to the excitement I felt to do this for the first time! I had read articles and seen videos on this time tested tradition and couldn't wait for my turn! I am a father of 3, a runner and I work full time. Through that my back has taken a beating. My lower back especially. I was asked to point out my problem areas so they could be focus on. Once the cupping began with Leah, I was surprised at how relaxed I was. During the cupping, there was a TRUE deep tissue massage being applied to the rest of my body. The combination of the two had me melting into that massage bed. Two days later now and my back feels great! I am blessed to have found IMR and highly recommend them. If you are looking for that missing element from your massage, try cupping!
