Snail pace employees, typical Union go getters. Waited in line way too long. Mailed a package on the 19th of Dec. Paid for, and was assured delivery by the 23rd. Today is the 27th and still no package. Tracking says no contact with the package since the 21st at 0335. No phone number to speak to someone. All automated for their convenience not the customers. Thankfully insured. Will use Fed Ex or UPS in the future.
Update...
To be fair, the PO delivers countless packages on time or even early and probably doesn't deserve this scathing review but when it is extremely difficult or near impossible to reach a person in customer service, all one has left, is to vent. The package arrived today, the 28th and it was damaged. Will be making another trip in person to this same PO and waiting in that same line again to get a refund for the additional shipping I paid to get it there in 3 days, oh joy.
