  • Had been a customer with them from October 2011- April 2015 but had to cancel my service after they missed seeing bed bugs in my house on two occasions when I had specially asked them to check for them. This misdiagnosis ended up costing me over $3000 in missed work pay, doctor visits, and medications. I ended up going to two different dermatologists to figure out why I was getting red bumps over my arms and legs. Since Terminix said I didn't have bed bugs I was telling the doctors that the bumps were not bed bugs and they went through different diagnosis on what it could be. It wasn't until I called Burns Pest Elimination and had them do a check that they quickly found the bed bugs. To make Terminix even worse I called them 3 times to discuss with someone and each time was told they would look into it and call me back only to be called back once with a voice-mail left. I returned this persons call but never received a call back. Terrible customer service. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody ever again.
