  • Arizona MediQuip is reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive and goes above and beyond. They know their products, they do what they say they will. Mark, the owner, and his team, work hard to assure they meet their customer's needs. If he does not have an answer, he will get it. Most importantly, they service after you buy. Two years ago we bought a lift for my Dad. Last night at 5pm my Mom, and the caregiver, thought it was wobbling and dangerous. My Mom, who is 90, was frightened, and called Az MediQuip. She was afraid to have it be used to put my Dad in bed. Mark came out to their home at 7 that same night to examine, and tightened a bolt. It was not under any warranty, they took care of it because they take care of their customers.
