  • This was my first time using them, they are in my insurance network, it will definitely be my last! Out of three ladies sitting at the desk none of them could manage to check my benefits properly before my visit, which is extremely annoying because I spent time providing all the info over the phone. And because they were unable to check my benefits properly I was told the wrong information about what was covered and when I disagreed and showed them the benefits sheet they still told me my frames weren't covered, my reply was I would call myself ( turns out I was correct and frames were covered so they were trying to have me pay for something my insurance covered) This required another visit to order contacts and glasses, she told me my contacts were in office and I wouldn't have to wait for them. To no surprise that wasn't true and I was told it would take 5-7 days. If anyone knows what it's like when you're down to your last pair of contacts 5-7 days is a lifetime. On top of all their miss information and lack of basic knowledge of their own job they were also extremely rude. One of the women at the front desk gave me the most incredibly dirty look when I walked up to the desk and asked to order my contacts and glasses. Last time I'll be using this company!! Wow! I guess it's my own fault for giving them another chance! For some reason I chose to order glasses from them once I was finally able to get my contacts, BAD IDEA!! I was told two weeks which seems excessive as it is, then two weeks and three days rolls around and I'm desperate for my glasses and realize I haven't gotten a call! So I call them, no surprise my glasses were in but I wasn't notified. So I go to pick them up, wait 20 mins for someone to finally help me and they're completely wrong! Wrong frame wrong RX although they claimed it was the correct prescription (except it wasn't, they looked like coke bottle lenses which is not me prescription!) And by some miracle they claimed they'd be able to have the correct ones in by tomorrow although according to them it would take them two weeks to place the incorrect order the first time! Fool me once, I don't believe for one second they'll have my correct glasses in a day. For some reason they really struggle to perform their job correctly here?!?! If I could do no star I definitely would have!!!
