  • I have lived in an apartment managed by CJ Greve for the past year and have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. When I was first apartment hunting, I was working with Eric Greve, and the place I had made an appointment to view just wasn't right for my needs. I explained what I was looking for and Eric took me to another apartment within my price range that was absolutely perfect. He took the time to explain the neighborhood to me, and gave me a lot of advice about getting started in the 'burgh. They were flexible with a few changes I had requested in my lease, and have been very responsive to maintenance requests--I have always gotten "same-day" service, from A/C to dishwasher to garage door opener. While this firm manages many apartments and doesn't have on-site maintenance staff for each building, several of the staff members have given out their cell phone numbers to be "on call" for a tenant after hours. They take great care of their tenants, and I plan on staying put as long as I'm renting in Pittsburgh.
