Geez talk about horrible customer service.
For one, you have to take the airport rental car shuttle then hop on ANOTHER shuttle that involves a 10-15 minute wait. The location is about 5 minutes offsite.
We had our rental for 10am, landing at 9:30am. Our flight got delayed, so we called to inform them to adjust our pick up time. The office was not open until 8am, which would be 10am eastern time where we were flying from. Thus we could not get though to inform them.
When we finally landed at 11am we called again to let them know we were on our way, no answer on the phone. We took the shuttle over to the location and were informed they "did not have our car anymore" as they only hold reservation for one hour. Quickly explained the situation. They advised we could rent a different car for an additional $5 a day! What?? After going back and forth the guy agreed to rent to us at our online reservation rate since we could show our phone call log of attempting to reach them.
When you get the car some young guy will walk around and take pictures of the car and email them to you. I would make sure you get the email with them, we did not and would not leave until we got a copy of them.
While waiting in the lounge, employees were having personal conversations which involved a lot of use of profanity. Not professional at all.
I would avoid this company if possible, I know the prices make you want to use them, we made that mistake also.
