  • So as far as selection, pretty good store actually. Expensive but a decent selection. but... As far as service, not so much. My glasses were supposed to take a week to be ready. They forgot about me. I called to figure out why and she said she'd call me back immediately. Then they forgot to call me, for 3 days. Then the owner(?) turned me into her therapist on the phone, and throughout the my subsequent visit to the store, telling me how hard it was to be her. No thanks. Refund. Found the same pair cheaper elsewhere. I love supporting my local ronces businesses but not when the service is that unprofessional. I've purchased my last 4 pairs at Spectacles on Queen W and the selection is excellent and the service has always been amazing and super fast. I'll stick with them instead.
