I have little to complain about in terms of the size of the room and the beautiful bathroom and the convenient "kitchen" area.
But the bathtub wasn't cleaned before I checked in. I figured it out because there were two hairs in the tub that were clearly not mine.
What really surprised (and disappointed) me was the fact that the hotel charges $9.99 for a wireless connection in the room... and there is no other way to get online except to use the shoddy "business center" which consists of two old computers equipped with the equivalent of a net nanny of sorts. Many websites are blocked, including blogs and networking sites. With the slow connection and limitations and the questionable ergonomic setup, how is one to make use of the "business center"?? This was the first time that any hotel charged me for wireless connection... isn't it a given that most decent hotels would include that without an additional charge?! Also, if you don't refuse delivery of USA Today, they'll automatically charge you 75 cents extra to your bill. I read the fine print before signing, so I refused it; the lady at the desk told me that very few people actually read the paper before signing.
