  • Terrible landlords, never fixed anything in the apartment. Had $ 2000 deposit out of which they gave back $ 200 (??) and we had returned the house in a better condition than it was given to us. We had to go through legal services and attorney to get our money back from them. I would suggest students especially to stay from them. They exploit innocent students who do not know their rights and almost certainly they will not give your deposit back or fix anything in the apartment.
