  • The massage was amazing. I had the signature massage by Caroline and it was fabulous. The massage part of the overall experience was five stars. The facility was a different story. The hot tub in the women's section of the spa had debris in the corners of the pool. That is such a let down. The red door salon charges premium for their services, and the condition of the facility was disappointing. I mentioned the debris to the attendant on staff, and she stated that the trees needed to be pruned and that would solve the problem. I would have to say that if they added complimentary sun screen that would be a huge win in my opinion.
