  • What horrible customer service. I have used their app several times to place orders, and typically things go pretty smooth. Tonight was a much different story. I was following on the tracker, and saw when my order was completed. It then took another hour for my food to be delivered. It is a Thursday night and I had to wait just under an hour and 20 minutes for my delivery after being told it would be 25-35 min. Totally unacceptable. I think I will order from somewhere else in the future.
