  • One of the pieces I purchased at this store was delivered in the wrong finish. I had to wait an additional 6 weeks for the replacement with no offer of a loaner or compensation. Another piece arrived broken. After several attempts at repair it was replaced but the whole process took many months and many phone calls. Very poor quality and customer service caused me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
