  • I came here with my boyfriend for him to get a new phone. This store no longer had the Samsung Galaxy S7 in stock, so they had a worker head to another Verizon store to pick them up. We were told that it would take approximately an hour, so we decided to wait around while the guy helping us rung up the upgrade for a new phone. It took over two hours for the phone to make it to the store we were at. If we had known it would take this long, we would have headed to another Verizon store, and not waited with nothing to do. I would recommend calling ahead for availability if you are looking to get a new phone.
