  • I needed my carpet cleaned; saw a group-on for $73 for 5 rooms. I bought it thinking that it was a great deal. It ended up costing me $160. To this very day I am still waiting for a receipt. A receipt that should have been left for me after the service was complete which was on 11/30/2012. I have called them numerous times and left numerous messages trying to get a receipt. Spoke with Ashley on 12/17/2012 who stated that she was going to send me a receipt via email. Still nothing, I have yet to receive a call back. I do not know what to do at this point. This is a bit ridiculous. I will NOT use them AGAIN EVER!!!
