  • For the past two years JJ's Fire and Ice has checked our air-conditioning unit prior to the summer months. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Patrick was very polite and helpful. I did not have to wait all day for someone to show up. They gave me a window of time and called 15 minutes ahead. Jay came out and checked out the outside unit and the attic as well. He also offered to change the filter and reset the thermostat. I was very appreciative that he noticed the batteries in the thermostat needed to be replaced. We will continue to use J J Fire and Ice.
