rev:text	I was really excited to give this nail salon a try due to the rave reviews on here. I needed nails done for a wedding and didn't mind the higher price if I was paying for quality and skill. My experience was less than stellar. I made a same day appointment online using their booking site which was easy and convenient. Other than this not much else was positive. When I arrived I was greeted and told it would be a small wait since the person I was booked with was still with someone else while nails hadn't even been painted yet. My wait ended up being about 20 minutes which wasn't a huge deal. When I was finally seated we briefly discussed the SNS French nails I wanted which she had been made aware of through the appointment set up. Long story short, she paid more attention to her coworker sitting next to her and the online shopping she was doing on her phone. She constantly craned her neck asking to be shown what was on the screen resulting in 3 of my fingers being badly cut with both the cuticle scissors and drill. To top it all of my nails looked horrible. They were uneven, shaped horribly and the SNS tips are a mess. The worst part is I know she has some level of skill because I selected her due to the reviews and pictures of her SNS nails on Yelp. Will I try them out again? Maybe another person but she was one of the main techs with high reviews and praises so I may try out another place.
