| - I don't even know where to begin to fully explain how impressed I am with the service I received. First, I have to tell you that I live about .2 miles away from the store; I can literally see it from my house. The night before your men helped me, I had Kia's road side assistance come out to my car to put my spare on, only to find out that my car doesn't have a spare. Awesome! The next morning, I called the Green Valley Firestone and asked Phil Lampkin if he thought I could drive to his store on my flat tire, because I thought getting a tow to drive my car to a store I could see from my apartment was a waste of money. Phil let me know that this was a bad idea, because I could permanently bend my rim. Instead, he said he would drive across the street to my apartment and try to fill my tire with enough air to make the drive across the street to Firestone. When he got to my car, he noticed that the tire was completely shredded and wouldn't accept air. At this point, Phil had already gone above and beyond, in my opinion, by coming out to my car. Once he saw that the tire couldn't be filled with air, making it inoperable, he could have told me that I needed a tow. Instead, Phil took off my entire wheel, put it in the back of his truck, and brought it across the street to Firestone. At the shop, he found a new tire, put it back on the wheel, and brought it back across the street to my car. In the parking lot of my apartment, he replaced the wheel on site and then had me follow him back to Firestone. He did all this out of the kindness of his heart and with a smile on his face. Needless to say, I WAS REALLY FREAKING IMPRESSED!! Phil's hardwork (in 110 degree weather!!) saved me about $100, because I didn't need to pay for a stupid tow. Believe me when I say, that I have told literally EVERYONE about the outstanding service I received from the Green Valley Firestone and Phil Lampkin. On top of it all, Phil didn't even charge me any extra fee for coming out to my car! Who does that? It's been a long time since I've received such top notch service. I'm in sales and customer satisfaction is a big deal. Not only will I recommend your store to anyone who will listen, but Phil's service created a customer for life in me. I won't go to any other tire shop for my future needs...you guys got me! Thank you for hiring such an exceptional employee who gave me incredible customer service. He made a bad situation become good. YOU'RE AWESOME PHIL!!! My next stop is your guy's Yelp page, where I'm going to write an outstanding review!!! Thank you!!!
