  • I'm buying a house in Phoenix and I live out of state. I got the pool inspected and learned that it might need a couple of repairs, so I decided to hire George @ Pool Daddy to take a closer look. He found a couple of hundred extra dollars of work that the general inspector didn't notice. There was a mix up with scheduling and George's guy showed up at the same time as another pool inspector. George gave me the benefit of the doubt and deducted a large percentage from the inspection cost. Throughout this process he was constantly in touch via email and phone.
