Weirdest French 75 I have ever had. I have been to places that don't make them quite right, but what I got here was bizarre. I stopped in for Happy Hour and was excited to see a French 75 with Roederer champagne.
I am accustomed to the drink being made by putting gin and lemon juice with ice in a shaker; strain and pour in a champagne flute and top with champagne.
This was served in a high ball glass on the rocks.
Tasted ok, but not what I was expecting.
I did have a good Butter Lettuce salad and crab cake and simply got a glass of Roederer instead. (alas it was $18 but that's Vegas!)
