  • As others have pointed out, expect a long wait. Very limited seating. Once you get a spot to seat and order, expect more waiting. When I was there, there were one chef and one working the oysters. But definitely worth the wait. I usually let others wait in line and play some slots while waiting. Pan roast is one of the best in town. Its not the cheapest but that's to be expected from a place inside a hotel/casino. One of my usual night meal spot.
