Very unimpressed by the professionalism of the staff at this location, which is shocking given how efficient and friendly other Apple stores I've been to generally are. This weekend my 4 month old iPhone 8's front facing camera broke due to some kind of manufacturing defect that was (thankfully) covered under warranty. After speaking with someone on Apple's online chat support, who assured me that this location had no available appointment times till the following week, I wasn't feeling very confident they'd be able to see me. To my surprise they were actually able to squeeze me into the queue, which I really appreciated and didn't mind waiting for. What really put a bad taste in my mouth was when I arrived over an hour later to collect my phone only to realize that they'd tossed the $45 protective screen I was going to try and return under warranty at the store I'd purchased it at. Not wanting to shatter my recently repaired iPhone I begrudgingly bought a new one and was shuffled over to a different station where two women were less than thrilled to help me. They were visibly annoyed that they'd been asked to assist me with what I guess they considered such a trivial matter and literally bad-mouthed other employees and upper management in front of me, not ever once acknowledging my presence. SO rude and unprofessional, and very uncharacteristic of Apple. If I was their supervisor I'd be mortified.
