  • My boyfriend and I are extremely happy with the care and personal service provided when the company owner, Brian, came to our home. He looked at our carpets, went over our concerning areas, advised us what could be done, then completed the job exactly as promised. Our carpets look amazing and we now ask friends and family to take their shoes off when they come in the front door. Loved the professionalism, advice, and the care Brian took with ensuring he followed through with what he promised. What a great company!! I tell everyone about Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning and we'll definitely use them again!!
