  • Needed two tires plugged on my BMW and gave H&H a call around 10:30 this morning. Dan answered, very nice, and while they were busy and he couldn't give me a definite time for finishing the job, he assured me it'd be done by the end of the day. I dropped off a little after 10:30 and, much to my surprise, Dan called me back at 11:45 letting me know everything was finished-- much sooner than I'd anticipated. When I picked my car up, Dan let me know my rear brake pads were pretty worn and advised to have them changed soon. Quoted me a price, but no pressure to have it done right then and there like most auto shops. Friendly service and incredibly reasonable prices-- Will definitely go back to H&H for automotive needs.
