  • No no no no. Go in for services. Salon not even open at the time of my appt. Why say arrive 15 mins early when you are not even open. Stylist just walks up as I am coming out of bathroom. No intro Just follow me. No rapport established. Nothing. Blahhhh. Not even a name. Lack of communication lead to a bad result. Just not confident to ref this place to anyone. I just stopped the service before it got un fixable. Sloppy, lifeless and not what I expect from Cromeans salon. I've used other locations but this one is lacking in energy and the professional vibe I assoc with their business. It is dirty and not the place you assoc with Paul Mitchell brand. Yuk. Won't be back. Update: 4 days after service i washed my hair for the first time ---- there are huge (1-2 inch wide) sections of my hair that are uncolored --- she didn't listen and didn't prep enough color for my hair --- when she ran out she must have just stopped and didn't bother making more. UGH.... cost me another 90.00 to get it "FIXED" by colourist who took pictures of my head because it was so bad !!!!!!!! (he wanted a before and after) DON"T USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR COLOR.
