  • Our wait time: 1hr 20 min in line. 20 minutes after sitting. Our order: combo pan roast: awesome seafood combo that had an amazing flavor. dozen oysters: (midnight special is 1/2 dozen for $10 and starts at 1am). Very surprised how large the oysters were. They were very good though. Not fishy at all. No options on the type of oyster. Etouffee: Cajun stew with shrimp, crab, and lobster. Huge chunks of everything! Excellent. We ordered both at spicy level 7. We were so hungry that we didn't realize that it wasn't spicy at all until the end of our meal when our neighbors asked us how the level 7 was. We said it wasn't spicy at all and they let us try theirs at level 6. It tasted so much better with the extra kick. We were all full by that time though and it was 4am so didn't fuss. Good regardless. If you can suck up the wait, it's a pretty decent seafood bar.
