From experience today with the staff was purely pathetic. One I had to deal with was not smart. Tried to assist her so it would save her from confusion of what she was looking at and refused to listen. Got verification from two other colleagues and told her what I could've told her my self had she allowed me to help her the first time. Then I was assisted to another staff for further questions and concerns. Everything i told the gentleman I can tell he had no desire to pay attention cause I repeated myself twice but differently so he can comprehend me. His attitude showed he knew nothing of nothing. By that time I was thinking if there was anything else I needed to question on and before I had a chance to think of anything further or deciding just to come to a conclusion and say okay thanks he said "any more question??" But the look on his face and tone of voice he gave me came off as if he was saying "you done yet?" I wanted to slap him from across the counter. I said "no..." and I was trying to say thanks anyways but I couldn't cause he quickly turned away and nonchalantly assisted another. In line. I was so angry at how poorly the attitudes and customer service was on their part that I mumbled "f*cking faggots. I think I was heard cause more than a few people in the line turned and looked at me. What made it worse was they gave me false information or misguided me cause I did what i was told only to find out it's the other way around. Moral of the story, you guys are miserable faggots with poor people skills. You guys gave me the wrong info. Not only that it was poorly handled with the their miserable attitudes. Especially the gentleman at the front desk. I think he had reddish blonde hair. If I paid attention to his name tag IF he had one or if I can remember, I'd make sure he'd get fired for being the pathetic loser he was. The energy level there is sad and pathetic. I can see it in the staffs face. I even watched a young lady walk around in confusion looking for assistance being ignored even after she said "excuse me..." to the lame security who nonchalantly walked right passed her... so sad. I hope you guys fix this...
