  • The NP did a great job at diagnosing my sore throat as a bacterial infection and the antibiotics prescribed worked like magic. She was especially kind as she tested for strep and flu with equipment they had on site. One gripe though is when I agreed to keep my card on file they claimed I would be notified when I would be charged. Well, I got an email last night at 12:50am and was charged this morning at 6am. Great timing on that one. I intended to call back and use my HSA for the charges!
