  • WOW...I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! The Spencer Rib-eye with brandied mushroom sauce made me "DO THE HAPPY DANCE!" The Appetizers were very tasty and reasonably priced. By the way, their desserts are insanely good!! Echo & Rig has a beautiful view and the staff is totally dedicated to their guests. You just couldn't ask for more. They're a great place to visit. Simple yet refined. One of my all-time favorites in Viva Las Vegas!! Stop by and say hello. I think you'll really enjoy the experience!!! :))
