  • This is an awful car wash. Spent $25 for the VIP and you'd think it was one of those $2 washes. Not once did they open the hatch of my car and vacuum or clean it. Didn't clean or dry the back windows. Side mirrors still had dried wet spots on them. Didn't vacuum under the seats. Forgot to put on the tire shine on the drivers side of the car. I had to go to the self service vacuums to finish up the job. It's apparent they would rather have as many cars as possible go through the line than provide good customer service. Save yourself some cash and wash your car yourself because the quality here is lacking.
