  • very disappointed by this company. still waiting 3 months later for custom pillows. no follow up during the process. ordered pillows in february and they are still MIA April 30th. just called AGAIN and was told they are finally being made. requested (at this point) to cancel the order. Was told I would lose my down payment of 50%. Tiffany prices with Dollar store execution. not bitter.....just shocked! would not work with them again.
