  • Soooooo disappointed and shocked by my mani pedi experience. $120 before tip for gels...got them done 4 days ago and they are already chipping..gels..really sparks? I'm not rough with my hands by any means either. my mom owned her own salons when I was growing up and her jaw was on the floor when I told her about my experience and what they charged me for it. That being said I know how to take care of my nails and what is reasonable. Not only was it super overpriced..the workers were talking about their own personal lives loudly and obnoxiously and barely even acknowledged my presence except to do my nails as quickly as they could. I've received mani pedis three times as good that literally cost A QUARTER of the price of sparks. Also there was no massaging or moisturizing or anything that might make me think I was getting my money's worth..or even made me feel like I was getting a STANDARD mani pedi, plus they make you sit on a horrible bench with horrible uncomfortable pillows while getting your pedi. No comfy chair. I work as a model so I'm pretty small and I was sliding off the uncomfortable leather, I can't imagine how anyone any bigger than me would feel. I live across the street from king location and they didn't have room for me So I went down the street. Won't be checking out the king location for convenience that's for sure, which is a shame. So ya to sum up my rant do not get your nails done here unless you wanna leave feeling robbed and irritable like I did! I don't write reviews usually I'm not that type o gal but just looking at the sign now makes me mad so I wanted to say my piece.
