  • Don't be fooled by the staff or landscape. These people get paid by commission to have u sign a lease. The A/C breaks all the time, the roof leaks, the water heater only works for 10 minutes. The maintenance takes a week or more to bandaid issues. They don't fix properly. There are bugs everywhere cause they over water their lawn. The kids are unruly. Screaming around your home at all hours of the night. they leave flyers on the doors, threatening to fine people $100 or more. The staff makes excuses to bust into your home on a regular basis, calling it 24 hour notice, every 2- 3 weeks for inspection. The pool is almost always closed for cleaning or repairs. The gym is a joke. The front gate rarely works. The gate damaged our car, no one cared. They charge tenants extra monthly fees, $50 management fee, $100 mandated cable fee, $100 water bill (cause you pay for your neighbors water bill as well as yours), $200 monthly pet rent. The management will ignore u or cuss u out if you have a problem. They require a 60 day move out notice. The features of the home are outdated. Their version of an updated apartment is fake flooring, painted walls and countertops, lol.The insulation stinks. Your summer electric bills will be $500 (per month) or more. There's no storage.They will complain if your kids bike on your porch. They tow your car if its unregistered in your parking spot. That you pay for. Complaining to the management does absolutely nothing. Don't be fooled by pretty landscape and a smiling face, it's just an illusion. They promised a 3 month discount in writing, and never honered it. The parking lot is too small. The staff are actors, hidden behind an updated clubhouse and pretty landscape. Don't be fooled.
