2 stars for at least trying to get people in and out as quick as possible. But what is it with over 50%of the employees looking like zombies! Just because you sit in front of a computer all day, does not mean you shouldn't know how to accomplish genuine human interaction, let's say it together folks... SMILE!! It goes a long way. We all know that customer service should be prompt as well as personable, I truly hope the manager can work to correct this, it makes for a very unpleasant experience.
