  • I've just finished my second purchase with Jonathan. When we first met, I told him what I was looking for, and boy did he deliver!!! During a seller's market, he managed to deliver the absolute best property in the neighborhood I was interested in. And at a great price too! I'm not sure how he did it, but great job, Jonathan! He then went on to deliver yet another primo property in the same neighborhood. He was very thorough in processing the transactions and even helped put together a short term lease back agreement with a seller. He's a ball of energy and fun to work with. I highly recommend Jonathan!
