| - Everything you find annoying and unpleasant about commercial air travel is absent here. You completely bypass going through security, you're not restricted about bringing water or food or other normal items on the plane, when the plane arrives at your destination you don't have to walk 2 miles to baggage claim to wait--they just offload everything immediately right there on the tarmac, and you're on your way.
Plus the flight itself is smooooth, the seats are comfortable, tons of leg room, free in-flight wi-fi, and ability to plug in and charge your electronic gizmos.
My only possible gripe would be that both my flights were delayed, the first by over an hour, and the return flight by about 40 minutes. But I have to say, the wait in the lounge at Burbank airport was about as pleasant as it could be. Really good complimentary amenities, including Peet's coffee, good snacks, some micro-brewery beer, all sitting in comfortable couches in air conditioning. I wouldn't have minded hanging out a little longer. On the return, however, waiting in the Vegas lounge was not so accommodating. The only thing they had was micro-bottles of water, and nothing else. But the staff is very friendly and all-in-all if they can keep the price down, I'll definitely fly them again because it is SO far superior to commercial flights.
