  • Our first visit was great! Why? Because they were getting our business. 2 yrs later, only our second visit and our first visit to access our safety deposit box and we have already waited for 45 minutes for someone to let us access it! Worst service ever! They had 4 people on the floor, but only 2 of them authorized to let us in. The 2 that can help us are busy with one customer this whole time, while the other 2 are just standing there doing pretty much nothing. What crappy system, and even crappier women we dealt with here. This location sucks. I'm moving my assets from here TODAY!!
