So even being a non Starbucks employee I know their driving through time is supposed to be 4mins.
I could understand "if" it's morning rush to be backed up but when there are two, 2 cars in your drive through and it takes almost 10mins, what is taking so long?
The young girl at the window didn't even say sorry for your wait. Asked for payment, handed us our two tea's and that was it. Didn't even offer a copy of our receipt.
This location needs better training on customer service and a little speed in their product. Disappointed customer won't return to this location.
