i didn't find it as disappointing as some reviewers because i guess i did not expect much from a place called the "pho at the coffee shop" on the strip.
So i actually found it better than expected.
The pho tai was actually really greasy and oily though. and the beef was really thick and dry. but sometimes im in the mood for dry and thick slices of beef so that was acceptable for me. But they only gave us one plate of sprouts to share between the three of us.
the spring roll (pork & shrimp) was not bad.
and yes, it is pricey. but then again, we're inside TI.
