rev:text	Got a really nice email from Elwood's re: the tip issue. I'm impressed they took the time to email and show genuine concern. That makes me want to go back all the more. Said they were looking into the POS system that puts the auto-tip line in. POS in this instance likely refers to the Point of Sale (cash register); yet, given my prior gripe about tips at counter-order shops, it might also refer to something else. Kudos for the attention to detail!
