  • I landed in Phoenix after only three hours of sleep and was incredibly frustrated after being denied a rental from Fox rental with which I had a reservation due to only having a debit card and one form of ID instead of two(see my review on them for more information on that)... When approaching Alamo, quite frustrated, Naima was a positive energy who quickly turned things around! She gave me wonderful customer service and a great rate, all while joking around with her colleagues who were also providing great customer service! Next time I fly into PHX and need a car, I won't even bother looking anywhere else...it's Alamo all the way!
