  • Will never go back to this place, rudest people ever. Several weeks ago, I stopped in to get a mani/pedi and was told to come back in 1 1/2 hours. I did and then was told to come back in another hour!! What?! I left and went elsewhere. Tried the place again today because my granddaughter and her friend wanted to go there before shopping. They took all 3 of us pretty quickly. Nail tech that gave me a mani/pedi did a very nice job, very friendly. However, the tech that did the girls did a terrible job, trying to juggle 3 people at one time and getting nail polish all over the girls' fingers and getting mad when I asked her to fix it. But the very worst thing that happened was a blatant, racist action towards two lovely black women who asked about mani/pedis and were very rudely treated and told it would take hours, "four hours" before they could get served. With only 6 people in the salon and 3 techs??!! When the ladies left, the techs laughed and laughed. I was stunned, so were the girls. Then two women (white, blonde) walked in and they were treated very nicely and taken right away. I'm still stunned. Told the tech how angry I was about their rude, racist behavior. She didn't care.
