  • This review was written after many visits to this chipotle so as a disclaimer this is not just a one time thing or catching them on an off day. This is every time I come here. They are always out of something. Usually lettuce and I always get the salad. On the off chance they do have lettuce it's usually super wilted and nearing the end of its life cycle. They never give you the correct portions, they always give less and then mean mug when you ask for more. Oh, and some how they always undercook the rice and undercook the meat. So yeah have fun being sick. And forget about ordering ahead. They never have it ready for pick up time. You can order hours in advance and they still don't have it ready. Then when you get there, and it's not ready, they lie to your face about the pick up time. It couldn't be 8:50 pick up, the app only allows every 15 min pick up times. So skip this chipotle. Never coming back to this location.
