I've tried this place four times now, and sadly I'm not impressed with the customer service.
I've only gone for pedicures here, and each time it's very rushed because they over book their chairs.
Today my girlfriend and I had appointments to get our pedicures. She'd requested seats side by side at 11:00. Just before we showed up for our appointment two walk in came and bumped us back a little. They tried to have her start and then me go after, finally after explaining that we wanted to have our pedicures done at the same time to be finished at the same time, they managed to figure it out.
They seemed visibly annoyed with us, however when making our appointments we were very specific based on previous experiences.
The pedicures themselves were very rushed as three walk ins came right after us and they wanted to squeeze them in. Understandable they want volume yet we're still paying 30$ for pedicures. Not worth it.
They were pretty rude when asking my girlfriend to move to a chair to have her feet dry.. apparently she wasn't moving fast enough for them and the employee seemed very annoyed when motioning with quick hand gestures to come. It's very cramped when it's packed so it's hard to move quickly.
This was the last straw for me, for a 10-15 minute pedicure at 30$; its just not worth it.
I honestly think it's just busy because of its location not because of the quality of work.
