  • You can't reach the office directly. All calls go to a call center. You can no longer speak to a nurse. Or anybody for that matter to get any of your questions answered. Dr. Plaut the doctor I loved that started this clinic has retired. It is become this monstrous large healthcare system where you're just a number if you're lucky enough to get a doctor maybe the care is good but sorting through the garbage to get the care you need is almost impossible. Forget it if you actually have an emergency
