  • I will start by saying that I have been to Vegas 7 or 8 times and have always picked the Golden Nugget for my stay. I have also always recommended them to all my friends and family! Well, not sure what has changed in the past year, but the customer service, booking, and rooms are absolutely HORRIBLE! We booked our room with a king size bed- checked in and there were no more king bed rooms available! So double beds is the best they could do- saying that they would put us in another room for our 2nd night here. So packed all of our stuff at 11 and went down to get the room we booked in the first place! Tons of time and energy wasted! We get to our new room and we are looking at literally at a brick wall! Talk about the most depressing room. I call downstairs and tell them that I want a different room. The lady was rude and said that there was nothing available and then proceeded to tell me that she could move rooms but it would be looking at another wall! I asked, then why would you move us? This has been such a waste of our time on what should be our weekend away- our vacation! I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I be a returning customer!
